Chase Ray, PTA
Chase is a Mayfield, KY native and a graduate of Graves County High School. He was very involved with school sports, as well as recreational basketball. He graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at West Kentucky Community and Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Health Sciences. He enjoys hunting, riding horses, and boating on Kentucky Lake during his spare time. He enjoys working as a Physical Therapist Assistant and is willing to do whatever it takes to help patients achieve their goals and get back to their normal routines.
